My Own Journey
For years, I strived for a degree that I could hang up on my wall, while emotionally burning out in the process. This journey goes all the way back to university, when I was striving to complete my bachelor’s degree in applied science. My patterns of having a never-ending list of things to do that I could barely keep track of, and had so little interest in doing, persisted after university, especially when I first entered my 9-to-5 corporate job at a business and technology consulting firm. While in this state, with dark circles under my eyes from a lack of sleep, and showing up at school or my 9-to-5 job at 8:30 am, I often felt drained, zombied out, and stressed. I felt like I had very limited time off to rest and recharge, so it was really hard to find time for things like travel or spending time with friends and family. I often felt guilty for taking a sick day at work and felt an obligation to work extra hours at my 9-to-5 job.
My own path of learning feminine embodiment began near the end of university, when I finally listened to my intuition, which was to create empty space in my calendar to rest and recharge. Learning to trust myself and dial up curiosity changed everything. It opened me to my passions, spending time with friends and family, and helped me rediscover ease, internal motivation, and confidence in simply being.
Now, this is the space I hold for others, to turn up their intuition, curiosity, and to book rest in their calendar without feeling guilty when they take it. And to remember that they do not need a notebook, two computer screens, and seven to-do lists stacked everywhere to prove that they belong at their job.
Through this journey of creating balance in how I worked and increasing my intuition, I found a deeper connection to my passions. From that place, I felt called to help others reconnect with their own.
About Me
I am a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach through the School of Embodied Arts, based in Toronto, Canada. I support women working 9-5 jobs who have an office wall full of diplomas and certifications, and yet it still doesn’t feel like they’ve achieved enough. They have spent years only to realize that somewhere along the way, they lost touch with their intuition, their internal motivation, and want to feel a sense of accomplishment from the work they do so they can spend time with friends and family, like taking a pottery class with a friend or going to a restaurant to eat with family.
How I Can Help
Through my feminine embodiment coaching, I support you in turning up your intuition, confidence, self-trust, and curiosity. This allows you to use your time to move your body, hang out with your kids and friends, and rest when you need to, based on your internal rhythms. Rather than drowning in a sea of doing with a list a mile long that needed your attention yesterday. Whether you’re navigating emotional burnout, want to increase internal motivation, or are longing to feel more grateful and alive because of the opportunities in your life, I help you create new awareness. This helps you to notice and honor what your intuition has been communicating beneath the surface.
What I Offer
I offer 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions designed to support you in moving from pulling out your phone and starting to type a message, then suddenly stopping and staring at the screen, only to erase the whole message, to standing up, walking into the next room, and explaining the same decision to your partner. When what you actually want is dialing up your intuition so you can make the phone call or send the email with confidence and ease.
For those ready to go deeper into this experience, my signature 4-month journey,
Coming Home to the Body: Reclaiming Aliveness Beyond Productivity and Achievement, is a transformative experience that supports people who currently feel burnout in the workplace to create spaciousness in their weekly schedule so they can spend quality time with their family and pursue their passions.
Together, we explore embodiment tools and reflective practices that help you use your time to move your body, hang out with your kids and friends, and rest when you need to based on your internal rhythms.
What to Expect
My feminine embodiment coaching space is an invitation to explore your desires and challenges, not just by talking about them, but through embodied presence. I don’t offer quick fixes or performance-based solutions; I offer a coaching space where you can feel held and supported in your journey so you can move confidently, trust yourself, believe in your ability, and make progress seamlessly.
You can expect honest conversations, intuitive guidance, and support for creating real, tangible shifts of balance for your energy in your everyday life, so that this work isn’t something you only do in a session, but something that shapes how you move through your day.
